Return & Refund Policy

At Shop Shine Om, all products are made to order and prepared specifically for each customer.

Returns
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental orders. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of packaging if applicable

Once approved, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Shop Shine Om is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for lost or stolen packages.
